What we are looking for? 

Woolman is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Shopify team. This role will take the lead on all phases (planning, implementing and closing) of ecommerce projects, for example replatforming to Shopify, D2C launch. The role will work closely with cross-functional teams to manage and coordinate projects, successfully facilitate information exchange, decision making and task management. Proactive and hands on team player will have no trouble thriving as a project manager in the Woolman team.

What skills are necessary?

• Excellent planning and organization skills, ability to independently manage multiple projects from planning through delivery
• Ability to manage expectations, schedules and scopes as well as change and risk management of projects based on the agreements
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively also under pressure
• Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Theoretical and practical knowledge of software project management processes and workflows
• Experience working with international customers in English across different time zones and cultures.
