When Woolman receives your job application or you connect on our career page or you contact us through our career page, you give Woolman a permission to save your personal information and possible job application to our recruitment software (Teamtailor).

An applicant can be applying to an open position or leave his/hers information to Woolman's recruitment site when registering. The information given by the applicant will be saved to Woolman's recruitment database provided by Teamtailor. Juha Harju (juha@woolman.io) takes care, that the information given by the applicant will only be given to people inside Woolman taking care of the recruitment process and who reply to people contacting Woolman through Woolman's career page. 

Woolman stores the candidates' information for 6 months. After this period the information will be either deleted or Woolman asks for a permission via email from the candidate to keep the information for a longer period.

We need your approval to save, go through your application or connecting-information and to store information given by you for a certain period of time.  We only use and store your information for recruitment purposes. 

We also need your approval to store your information to a third party's software (Teamtailor). Because of this, your information could be stored on servers or databases that are located elsewhere. Because of this, your information can be transferred outside of EU/ESS and USA area. We need the third party software (Teamtailor) for our recruitment process.
