Can you help us take even better care of our customers? We're looking for a service manager to join the Woolman team!
In a nutshell, this is what we're looking for:
- You have strong project management skills and you have already couple of years of experience running technical projects...
- ... and experience with service management comes in super handy too!
- "Reporting, problem solving, generating value, you said? Yes, I can do that!"
- You work well under pressure and deadlines or tough situations don't scare you.
- You should be fluent in Finnish and in English, other languages such as Swedish and Dutch are a definite plus.
The expert we are looking for may have either a technical background or a commercial one. The most important thing is to be able to offer solutions that suit the needs of our customers. We work with Shopify and we help merchants to grow their business. If you're not yet familiar with Shopify, don't worry – you will get the hang of it in no time.
As Woolman's service manager gets familiar with the SaaS services we use. That way the service manager knows how to use the product in the best way possible for our customers' needs.
ITIL may be your second language, but it is not a necessity. It is important that you understand what is really necessary and what is not. Common sense and experience in service management are necessary in this task. Your work includes reporting, brainstorming, guiding, solving, and generating value.
Your role is in the middle ground between Woolman's continuous services and eCommerce projects. Your closest team mates are project managers and service specialists. However, you are an independent and goal-oriented expert among our other professionals. You will work closely with Woolman's customers.
What is Woolman?
Woolman is the biggest Shopify Plus partner in the Northern Europe. Shopify Plus partner status means we have a leading position in the world of the fast-growing Shopify. Woolman's offices are located in Stockholm, Amsterdam and in three different cities in Finland. There are currently over 80 of us and you can view our tasks and descriptions on our team page.
We've grown fast, that's for sure! Because of this there's still a lot to develop in our way of working. That has its pros and cons. We work in teams but that doesn't mean we don't get together outside our teams! We gather up together on Woolman Days which are company-wide get-togethers. We come together, learn from our work, projects and about each other – of course during the last year or so we've been forced to arrange these events remotely. But we've taken the advantage of different remote working tools such as Howspace and Zoom.
